Great Quick Smoothies Look good on you!

Great and easy  Smoothies

Dark Green Smoothie Deliciouness










Green Apple 1 small to medium
Spinach nice handful
Walnuts 1tablespoon
Banana small
Cucumber 4 to 5 slices mine were thick

A pinch of turmeric
A pinch of basil
Tsp honey

A few ice cubes
Water

This was so good. I love bananas so its always a delight in my smoothie

My Light Green Smoothie for Lunch





Light green Smoothie

Half cup plain or vanilla yogurt
1 small banana
Quarter cup frozen peaches
Three quarters cup spinach with stems
Fourth cup of each, water and  almond milk

Tablespoon of Nutra Burst = All liquid vitamin 

Ice depending on thickness I like 4 or 5 cubes

Blend and Enjoy!!! Your energy will be off the charts.
