Started back on my smoothies today.
It was so delicious I had to share.
Let us know if you try this one.... It was a great tasting smoothie. The watermelon was a refreshing key player in the taste.
Watermelon
Jicama
Yellow apple
Yellow papaya
1/4 cup of low fat milk
1/4 cup rolled oat
1/2 cup strawberry yogurt
It was so delicious and fulfilling and so healthy TRY IT...
