Gresham Oregon bakery discriminated against same-sex couple; hearing set for March

A Administrative Law Judge is not buying the facts that it is a religious reason and the law doesn't apply to them for such reason's
Two years ago, the couple filed a complaint with the Oregon Department of Justice when Sweet Cakes co-owner Aaron Klein said, "We don't do same-sex marriages."

What's your take they have been ordered to pay out a lump sum because of this case. Where they within they're right? The Judge said NO..
