A hearing is scheduled in March to determine how much to Gresham Bakers owe a lesbian couple for refusing to make them a wedding cake.

A Administrative Law Judge is not buying the facts that it is a religious reason and the law doesn't apply to them for such reason's

Two years ago, the couple filed a complaint with the Oregon Department of Justice when Sweet Cakes co-owner Aaron Klein said, "We don't do same-sex marriages."

What do you believe? Does a privately owned  business have the right  to turn people away for their own reasons? Do you think it discriminatory? Let me hear from your thoughts on this very Sizzling Hot topic.
